Bag Pouch Set in Rack

This bag set was specially designed to fit into a steel rack for side load entry of parts. The flexible divider holds trim parts with curves as the bag cells conform to the curvature of each part. These can be made as one set or smaller sets attached with velcro.

Curtain Cover for a Container

This cover is custom-designed to fit a bulk container and serves as a dust cover for protecting parts in the dunnage below. We use V-Clear woven material for all of our curtains and integrate velcro closures and strap handles for handling.

Fabric Divider for a Tote

This flexible divider is custom designed for a molded handheld tote to package curved trim parts. The soft fabric works well with protecting class-A surfaces. This fabric divider is attached to the tote with velcro.

V-Clear Cover for a Tote

This tote with dunnage incorporates a curtain cover using our V-Clear woven material to protect the packaged product. We design covers to fit any size tote and integrate velcro for closure.

Bag Divider for a Bulk Container

This bag divider is flexible to fit multiple parts and keep them separated to eliminate damage during shipping. These bag sets can be attached to bulk containers using velcro, rivets, and/or heavy-duty screws.

Bag Set for a Tote

The bag set is custom-built to fit a handheld tote and utilizes all space in the tote for maximum pack density.

Curtain for Side Load Dunnage

This dunnage pack uses a clear curtain to keep the product from sliding out during shipping. The curtain uses velcro for closure on the sides and a steel rod sewn in place for a weighted curtain bottom.

Bag Partition in a Small Tote

This partition consists of flexible panels that can nest together, fit many types of products, and protect class A surfaces to maximize density in a small tote.

The following are sewing and stitching examples

Back Tacking is typically done at the beginning and end of seam

Single Stitch - 5-6 stitches/inch

Double Stitch - 1/4" stitch spread, 5-6 stitches/inch

Box & Cross - used to attach handles or reinforce tear points

Wide Double Stitch - for attaching hook or loop in one pass

Spun Covered Edge
Spunguard sewn to the edge of plastic corrugated for a soft edge on divider sets.

13 oz Gray w/Headliner
Soft surface and foam for scratch prevention. Used for tote dividers, bin dividers, and racks. Class A protection.

13 oz Soft Shield
Protects parts from scratches. Used for tote dividers, bin dividers, and bag applications.

20.5 oz Antistat
Antistatic properties for sensitive parts. Common in tote dividers and bags.
