Tri-Lam Sheets

Amatech offers two options of an extruded three-layer polypropylene composite consisting of a central structure sheet sandwiched between two smooth outer sheets. This material, similar to the compearl material, has exceptional rigidity in all directions. Non-directional material works great for sleeve packs, heavy-duty dividers, and layer pads. We can integrate our laminates into this material to enhance part protection.

  • Extruded from Polypropylene plastic and is 100% recyclable
  • Waterproof and resists a wide range of chemicals
  • Stronger and more durable in all directions than plastic corrugated
  • Corona treated for inks and printing
  • Thicknesses: Titan: 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm - Triply: 3.5mm, 5mm, 5.4mm, and 10mm
  • Colors: Titan: Black - Triply: Gray, Black
  • Can be die-cut, scored, stapled, stitched, and heat welded
  • Can be laminated, die-cut, scored, stapled, and heat welded
