Sleeve Packs

Amatech's plastic corrugated sleeve packs have broad applications from automotive to medical products. All of our sleeves are custom sizes and can be used with vacuum-formed pallets, which we also offer. We provide layer pads and/or dunnage to fit any sleeve pack we produce.

Sleeve with Custom Closure

This extended-height sleeve is designed to fit a customer pallet. This pack utilizes hook & loop for closure. We have various designs for the closure of sleeves and can custom design a closure system to fit your requirements. This fits a 48x45 footprint.

2 pc. C-Sleeve in Pallet

This is a C-Sleeve where each half is one continuous piece with no weld flaps. We manufacture all of our sleeves with heat scores for easy folding. Our sleeves can be designed to custom-fit any style pallet. This sleeve fits a 48x45 footprint.

Small Sleeve Pack

This sleeve pack is designed to fit a smaller footprint pallet. Using our 8mm or 10mm plastic corrugated for great strength and durability. This pack is a 32x30 footprint.

Sleeve with Top and Bottom Trays

This common sleeve is made of a 4-piece construction utilizing flaps that are heat-welded together. We can also design top and bottom trays and/or covers to fit any size footprint sleeve. This pack is a 48x45 footprint.

C-Sleeve with Weld Flaps

This is a 2-piece C-Sleeve with 3-piece construction using weld flaps that are heat-welded. Notice the channel used to meet the two halves together for full closure of the pack. This sleeve fits a 48x40 footprint.

Sleeve with Channel

All of our sleeves can be fitted with our sturdy edge channel to prolong the life of the sleeve. We integrate PVC channel and hinging to add durability. We can design all of our sleeves to fit any footprint or pallet. This pallet is a 48x60 footprint.

Sleeve with Drop Door

This sleeve is designed to fit a common 48x45 footprint with a drop door on one side and a slit hinge for easy opening and closing. All flaps are heat-welded for maximum strength. This sleeve fits a 48x45 footprint.

Sleeve with Pallet Set

This is our most common sleeve pack system. All of our sleeves are either designed as a one-piece construction or we heat-weld all of our flaps for multiple-piece constructions. Most of our sleeves will collapse flat within the common footprint of the pallet. This is a 48x45 footprint.
