Job Description: We are looking for a recent graduate with strong attention to detail and organization skills looking for an entry-level job as a design/manufacturing engineer to build a career in the packaging industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design customized packaging solutions.
• Provide design and technical skills to both external clients and internal teams.
• Create and maintain engineering specifications using CAD and 3D modeling software.
• Lead the design and development of packaging solutions.
• Ensure timely project completion by managing schedules effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and 2D/3D CAD software.
• On-site work required in Erie, PA.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred.
